Atlanta ITP (inside-the-perimeter)

Welcome to

the neighborhood

Atlanta locals, don’t yell at me! This is for those relocating here. We say things like “ITP” and “OTP” to reference if you live inside or outside of the I-285 perimeter road. If you live ITP, you could live in one of MANY different neighborhoods, but we basically count that as officially Atlanta. This could include the westside where A LOT of development is happening around the westside Beltline. It can also include places like Little Five Points, Midtown, or Grant Park. All of these Atlanta neighborhoods have something different going on and will offer different pros and cons depending on your preferences.

Speaking of the Beltline — this is our large walking, biking, skating path that is meant to go around the entire Atlanta city center, through all the different neighborhoods, and connect you to businesses, restaurants, art, and the community of people. It’s a very active space and a great place to spend some time.
