A mom who has already raised her kids and rented her whole life is ready to buy her first home at 64 years old

This client came to the table with $2,000 total spent to get to her keys. We encountered problems with a seller that most clients and agents never have to experience, yet we pushed on — eventually finding a fantastic, quiet townhome with a private yard and walking distance to a library. Plus these GORGEOUS flowers were blooming on move-in day.

First job out of college in a new city — let’s settle in

As a first-time buyer, Ryan wanted modern comforts and proximity to his new job. He also wanted to stay in the city perimeter so that he feels connected to his knew home and can continue to build the relationships he’s establishing. The Crewses sold their home in the fall and it still only took 7 showings and 12 days on the market

Okay, I’ll be honest, this is my own house. My husband changed jobs in the spring of 2025, a slow year in the Atlanta market. We decided to sell anyways in October 2025. We closed in November 2025 1.4% over our asking price. Pricing is strategic. Homes must be cared for when prices and interest rates are where they are. You have to know how buyers think. I look at my own home the same way I will for you.
