The neighborhood

Here’s the thing — different people will give you different answers. I am referencing their map location. So, northeast of Atlanta includes Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Doraville, Peachtree Corners, AND pretty much all of Gwinnett County. The directly East line through Atlanta becomes DeKalb County, so don’t come for me. That’s another Neighborhood.

These will all be different and have different price points. So, whether they are part of your search area or not will depend on multiple factors. Gwinnett County is the most diverse county in the state, and it’s second in population size only to Fulton County (which is Atlanta proper, plus the cities I just named up GA-400).
